With the holidays coming, I'm more focused than ever to stay on track. I've been really making an effort to work out and eat well. I look forward to the new year, completing my present goals and setting new goals. BE WELL, EVERYONEā¯¤
163.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you, mysize10, and congrats on hitting a goal. I like my way of eating but won't deny my pleasures in moderation during a holiday. I'll have 4 to 5 Grandchildren and 2 more adults for 5 days. I have a turkey dinner planned and a few of their favorites. I'd like to even find a Mediterranean fish recipe to expose them to.
