I'm doing well counting points. I have had four weeks of a lost. This week the smallest lost. I really want to make goal this year so I need to stay motivated and continue to exercise 3-5 times a week
238.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
