logged 2258 cals yesterday.
there are many more. not logged. binge eating till 2 in the morning.
it felt good at the time and believe I needed to replenish. my body.
having a hard eating today. some guilt about binge eating.
195.5 lb Lost so far: 41.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
