God, I haven't moved at all. In fact, this morning I'm still up 0.2 from the weight I'm recording. I don't even care. If it's not a loss I'm not recording it... I feel bad enough that it's SO SLOW losing these last few pounds... grr...

BUT, I did actually get an amazing compliment today. There's a girl that I probably haven't really seen in a few months who's tall and thin, and we saw each other in the hallway today and she said "You're looking really skinny!"

Wow, skinny?? Nah I'm not skinny but the compliment made my whole day. :D
138.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You may not lose anything any more. I was looking at your goal and being as you are only 3 pounds over your goal is there really a big difference? 3 pounds is not going to make your body change a hole lot. If you are unhappy with the way your body is looking try doing some strength and toning exercises to firm your muscles, you may gain a bit in the beginning of building your muscles but you will notice your clothes fitting differently and your body will look different. Take your measurements too, its can be nice to see the changes in the numbers there. Just don't focus so much oh number on the scale.

D i really need to get off my butt but I think I am getting sick or something. The BF yesterday was feeling like this, and now I am too. Skipping tonight... tsk tsk but doing it tomorrow. Also the drive is 9-10 hours each way, lol. So I'll workout sometime on Saturday as well... bleh. Excuses I know.

Thanks for the advice pixi, but I workout with both aerobic and strength training usually 4 days a week... this week most likely 3 days, but yea... I try for at least an hour when I workout, half and half... Bleh though. I'm still not loving working out, lol!
