Met calorie goal.
Morning: stretching 20 minutes and bike 27 minutes.
Evening: bike 28 minutes!

Felt SO GOOD today. I really missed my bike Thursday and Friday. Made up for it today.

You realize how much you miss something when you can't do it. Embracing this!

Onward, friends!
