Back to working out regularly. Getting my strength back and packing on some muscle before my weight cut. So sore but so satisfied with being able to work out again. When you have a bad wrist and a bad knee finding engaging exercises can be difficult.

Walked 6 miles on the treadmill on my of day.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
