Yesterday I ate barely under goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.1% and is 0.1% out of range...
Lift day!!!
155.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
