Protein Grams: 177 Fat Grams: 86 Carbs Grams: 189 Fiber Grams: 35-46.

My weekly average for the past week:

I have been weighing in, every day. Only a 1 lb. drop this week, but I am going to trust the process and know that the outcome will follow.
Plan for Thanksgiving week is to follow Greek fast every day except Thursday. Going in Thursday with a plan for one large meal. Trying to avoid seepage from the one day to other days surrounding the holidays of Christmas and Thanksgiving.

I've been keeping fat grams low, as well. I think it's a good Macro strategy, especially if "net" carbs are going to be above 50 or so. Seems to work for me as well.
