So weight goes up,,,, though eating almost similar... hmmm probably due to exercise, muscle tearing and repairing occurring.... thts the only reason i could think of..... 😒 anyways weekend ahead,, probably more increase will occur😬..... let seeee
117.5 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
