I didn't lose any weight this week. I'm not going to get discouraged. Even though I didn't lose, I also didn't gain any weight! I have to prepare myself for the weeks that I dont lose anything. I just didnt think it would happen so soon. Just keep with it. I'll be okay!
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you JUST increased your workouts (either time, number or intensity) it's possible you're retaining water from it.
