Good morning!

It'll be a short entry today - I'm heading for the gym in a few, Wife is coming with me to wait and then we're going out to shop, have lunch, etc. The usual Saturday stuff.

I'm down in weight. I'm at 100 grams less than last Saturday. It's pretty disappointing, as I was hoping and aiming for a full kilo.

Still, I'm less than 90 kilos, and that's a great thing.

I did really good yesterday, I did an intermittend fasting day. I did move the meals around to fit my schedule better, so the main meal was in the middle of the day. I then skipped dinner, but had a tiny slice of bread in the evening with the band.


Today is Spike Day.

I only had a tiny breakfast, and I will try no to go too much overboard today. I really want to see some results soon.

I'm partially slipping into that thought of "Damn it, I'm just losing those same three kilos over and frickin' over again"-mindset again, and I don't like that. But fact is of course that I have been here so many times. I really want to lose more.

That being said - and this is a REAL comfort - I do SEE changes. I see my shoulders change. I see my feet and hands get skinnier. I do see all of this, and that wouldn't happen if I wasn't affecting my body in a positive way, right? :)

Anyways, you guys have an awesome Saturday! Enjoy it!

- A great night's sleep!
- Morning coffee with Wife!
- Saturday and spike day!

Life is good!
197.1 lb Lost so far: 144.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
