The swell in my face and ribs are horrible so of course I killed my diet by eating 3 slices of pizza and a bag of popcorn...makes sense right😵😵😵 I'm behaving today. Have a healthy day 🙋
201.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
