This is what 1.5 quart of chili can do to you. Well at least it was full of veggies and beans, and I'm not underweight anymore.

And I can't walk today because I had the most intense leg/glute day ever in my life yesterday.
120.6 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
