What a difference a day of Rest Makes - went 10 days straight (starting with the 2 days of 12 hours painting)
Was very pumped today (had a stimulant/caffeine withdrawal headache)
yesterday...

Also my KALE Superfood shake is really making a Biological DIFFERENCE one I can really feel in terms of CLEAN body LEAN and GREEN!
