I drank orange juice for breakfast yesterday and instead of eating out or finding something to eat at work I packed a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and some chips.

I ate way too much at dinner, but I think eating so well early in the day helped me keep from overeating at lunch AND dinner.

The orange juice totally helped in the morning.
I have a hard time eating breakfast.

Also I've been walking a LOT and doing my push-ups, which I love.
I loooove the pushups.

They're so motivating!

I hope you're all doing well :)

This is how many sets/reps I did this morning:

18, 16, 13, 20, 20, 13.

I started out only being able to do 13 consecutive pushups and now I can do 20!!!!
And I did 100 total! :D

142.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
