1270 kcal Fat: 37.79g | Prot: 60.63g | Carb: 182.80g.   Breakfast: bagel everything thomas, butter whipped breakstone, coffee, creamer hazelnut. Lunch: green bean, shrimp, oil. Dinner: cherry tomato, egg white, cucumber, milk, mayo low fat, dijon, Garlic, ham smocked,  Worcestershire , parmesan, romaine, crouton. Snacks/Other: honey, grapefruit, fish oil, plum. more...
