The end of week 3 of the weight lifting challenge. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't lose more weight, but maybe I'm gaining muscle.
Today's weight lifting workout: 4 X 25 Push-ups, 4 X 25 Crunches, 4 X 12 Machine Back Extentions, 3 X 12 Machine Incline Pulls

Still to go: 21.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

my goodness, with that workout, I'd bet it's muscle - keep up the good work! how do ya feel, more tone - energized?...don't let the scale get ya down - a recent lesson for me.

I feel energized today, but a couple of days ago I was barely able to drag myself to the gym! I guess there are up days and down days.
