can't understand how I've lost weight eating the way I have been lately!

brkfst- 2 eggs over-easy, toast w/butter, fresh squeezed orange juice

snacks- celery, green bell pepper

skipped lunch

dinner- crock-pot pot roast w/ potatoes, onions and carrots
several cacktales, a few snack size candy bars, some trail mix
173.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
