Ok. so I'm starting over. I've gained all my weight back at I'm back at the beginning. but I'm not going to kill myself over this. this is a lifestyle change and its very hard changing your whole life. I'm gonna hit speed bumps at times. every time I fall down I just have to get back up and keep trying.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
