I am doing it! Didn'nt get a good work out yesterday. Had to hurry home to find out about car and get Bryan's truck to Samantha. Today Ginny coming to see me.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
