Down to my lowest weight in years - a blessing since I’m out of the gym for four weeks due to medical stuff. I’ll credit the super sweet senior dog my husband adopted for me to replace Lyle. I love them both so much. 🙂

175.0 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
