Did another 10Km walk/run yesterday. It was hard but I am happy with progress.
233.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week

Consider the keto / banting diet as well... worked wonders for me and my wife.
