In NYC for a week. Not easy to follow the eating habits I can do at home.
No weigh in...not a scale in sight!
Back for a week and trying to get into the swing of better eating and more moving.
Could've been worse.
I'm on track tomorrow!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
