PM weigh in, 13 hrs sleep, & 19.5 hrs fasted. Usually stay up/go to gym but decided to stock up on sleep since I won't get much tomorrow.
264.6 lb Lost so far: 61.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
