still holding water and not losing fat 😐
212.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

JC, ヤママユガ, shirfleur, thank you for your support and suggestions. My macros are around 1400 calories and I try and stay under a thousand. My system is just so messed up I can't tell if my weight is water or extra fat. I know I have both. I have extra fat and I have extra water. LOL I just don't see many results this way. Oh well, I am trying to get healthy more than I'm trying to lose weight. The weight will come down after my health gets on track.
