Until BMI is 23, you can go on a diet with just meal management. The recommendation is to eat green and yellow vegetables until you are full. If you eat a meal that you usually eat after filling your stomach with green and yellow vegetables, you will not have that appetite. Personally, I recommend that you use boiled eggs with high nutrients in your daily diet.
