I got back into routine this week of exercising in the morning and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables. I'm eating more cooked than raw but I think I just need to get more fruit vegetable combos and I'll get more salads in my diet.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
