I was home most of the time after a minor surgery in these last 19 days, but I ate a lot, however I managed to do quite a lot of cycling and kept the weight gain to a minimum.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
