I didn't sleep last night.
I changed my meal time to 3 yesterday and didn't realize how many carbs are in onion.
more than doubled my norm.
then became really hungry at midnight and ate like I was starving.
I didn't log anything from that.
it was all Keto foods but blasted by my macros.
208.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
