Ok. Here goes. I was Always weight consciousness. Been a steady 150-165. I'm tall so it worked. February 7 2019 I was struck by car while riding my bike....in a cross walk. It destroyed by body and spirit. I became a massive alcoholic. Sat in my chair...and drank the pain away. Now, they say only surgery will fix me. I decided I dissagree. Took me this long to get out of my slump. I'm still in pain, but I don't need vodka. Went 1 week without and lost 12.4 lbs. Feeling great now. (Still have a beer or 3) Slowly trying to do what I can physically. I'll fix myself. Her insurance wont cover what anywhere close to Dr bills so far and I'm tired of being tired. I'm so thankful I found this app. I finally have hope. Thank you everyone. Your inspiration and yummy recipes inspire me.
