Last weekend I did have a lot of carbs each day - but this week I did pretty well following my diet. I have been on my feet at work all day the last two weeks and am shocked at how tired I get - I am very glad that I'm losing weight...my skin feels and looks better, and I can't wait to actually feel lighter!
