Went on a 4 day break from strict Keto, as I was traveling out of town, and it was my birthday. I still lost 1/2 a pound, but it will probably be a week or two before I see movement on the scale again since I went out of Ketosis. But I didn't do too bad in the real world, I made mostly healthy choices in my meals, only deviated slightly with flat bread at once meal and a muffin while driving. I did allow myself two things this weekend, sushi (which I missed terribly and some rose flavored macrons, which were totally worth it. Back to normal keto again today,
