Squats 95, bench 72.5. Nailed it I’m heavy muscular and full of fuel. Rows 60

Accessories straight heavy bar curls 25 6 reps x 3
Triceps rope 60 3x8
216.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
