I ate too much yesterday. We made chicken meatloaf. It had pepperjack cheese and cheddar cheese and diced tomatoes with chilies. It was so good. Too many calories.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
