I was expecting a little bit of a weight loss today but I messed up last night by eating 10 grapes. I don't do well with the sugar and Foods. starting fresh and new again today.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
