The daily fluctuation in my weight when I add carbs to my diet is incredible that's why I think it's only good to weigh yourself once a week at the same time in the morning.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
