Gained a few pounds in August...stopped tracking and that made all the difference. Back to diligent tracking... I know it works. I need to get active again. Looking forward to going down in numbers. I hate falling off the wagon, at least I know what I should do. No excuses, just getting back to it...must review my goals and try to be motivated again.
282.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 102.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Nice to see you signing on. I have been having some "not tracking" issues myself. The topic of the WW meeting this week was "success" , and there were 4 steps... " don't give up " was one of them. So, I am glad to see you are with us and NOT GIVIVG UP. I'll be not giving up with you. - Sylvia.
