Well you could have knocked me over with a feather. NO loss this week, I'm in shock. Although I'm feeling leaner and my clothes aren't as snug as they were, the scales have let me down big time.
I've kept my calories within limit, I've given the 'junk Challenge' 100% and I've worked out 3 times during the week.
So I'm at a loss.....BUT I'm not going to get disheartened.....there's always next weeks weigh in.
