Well I'm back and hoping to get back on track after a long and crazy couple of weeks, so much going on at the moment with family , my sister is very ill and going through chemotherapy, my elderly mum is really worried and upset and my husband had a death in his family.
I'm feeling very run down, I've got a rotten cold, my eyes have been streaming for almost 2 weeks now and the doc thinks I've got an allergy.
So I'm thinking that maybe if I started looking after myself again with eating and exercise that I may perk up and that I'll have the strength and energy for my sister and mum. Comfort eating isn't going to help me help others

Uh oh, went out for Chinese last night, I know, how very bold of me. I'm not even going to try and record my food diary for yesterday evening.
And Easter hols are just round the corner but I'm not tempted by the chocolate, I'm more tempted by the savoury treats that are bought in around this time, cheeses, dips, wine, crackers etc.
I'm having my Mum, Sister and Brother-in-law over for Easter Sunday lunch so I've a full house and I'm guessing full tums too.
I'm intending to enjoy my Easter and all it brings with it. (please let my healthy eating and regular exercise voice nag all the way through it lol)

Still sitting at the same weight now for weeks but I've kept up my exercising 3-4 times a week and I've definitely lost weight and gained muscle. I'm feeling fitter and more toned so the scales can take a running jump as far as I'm concerned, they are but a number

Another workout this morning and I'm certainly feeling it in the back of my thighs, I've been working my legs hard because the bigger the muscle worked, the more fat burnt. Tomorrow I'll mix it up bit , maybe boxing. I'm also swapping dinner and lunch around 'cause I've read that it's better to eat more at lunch and less at dinner and I'll try anything once (twice...ok three or more times lol). I thought because I'd only had veggie soup and cottage cheese scones that I'd be hungry last night (hubby and kids had thick pork chops, mash, brocolli and gravy) but I wasn't so same menu for me again today.
