I literally ate almost nothing yesterday just to see what my body would do. It was rough, but this proves I’m not in starvation mode.
214.1 lb Lost so far: 65.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

What do you mean? Why did you think you were in starvation mode?

Just ruling out possibilities for why I haven’t been able to lose weight lately despite eating incredibly well and working out daily. Just trying to switch things up for my body to finally get a positive reaction.

Sounds like your incorporating fasting which is good. Are you doing a Ketogenic diet along with it? If so, intermittent fasting has been incredibly effective for me. I eat once every 24 hours along with the carnivore diet. It’s been the most effective and I feel MUCH better than when eating veggies with the keto allowance of 20g carbs or less. I basically do no carbs. I know it sounds hard or extreme, but after a day or two of it, it’s a night and day difference. I feel much better. Keep in mind I have MS and I take corticosteroids daily which increases insulin resistance significantly yet I still lose weight and experience autophagy.

nadolsky is great, nice suggestion, cwarp. There is no such thing as starvation mode.
