steady weight.
I'm going to space my intermittent fasting to 3-4 times a week and not eat a WHOLE DAY'S worth of food after fasting 24 hrs.
Date tomorrow evening.
Botanica has a Halloween special then, movie the Joker.
I'm sure dinner somewhere in there..
Back to power washing the house
216.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
