I was a little disheartened that I stayed the same last week, so very happy to see a loss this morning. This really is the best diet ever!
6 Weeks of 5:2 now and No wobbles or blowouts. Fast days have been tough, but what makes it easier is to be able to say 'i can have that tomorrow'.
138.2 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1671 kcal Fat: 62.40g | Prot: 39.28g | Carb: 118.16g.   Breakfast: Semi Skimmed Milk, Granulated Sugar, Weetabix, Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Chicken Stock Cube, Potatoes (Flesh, without Salt, Boiled), Cooked Mature Onions (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Carrots (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Raspberries, Creme Brulee, Mixed Salad Greens, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Roasted Duck. Snacks/Other: Dry White Wine. more...
