1920 kcal Fat: 88.05g | Prot: 109.23g | Carb: 153.71g.   Breakfast: Kellogg's White Choc Coco Pops, Coffee with Milk, Yakult Yakult, Asda Whole Milk. Lunch: Asda Smoked Bacon, Egg, Aldi Rustic Bloomer. Dinner: Egg, Mayonnaise , Asda King Prawns, Morrisons Beetroot, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other: Graze Americas Nut Mix, Sainsbury's Salt & Vinegar Potato Twists, Mr Porky Pork Scratchings, Guinness Draught (Pint), Tesco Baby Spinach, Clementines , Oatly Oat Milk, Kiwi Fruit, Strawberries . more...
