I am following my low carb - no gluten pretty closely, however, I have had pasta and other things in moderation throughout the week. Overall I feel good and I am starting to feel my pants are getting a little loose. I haven't been exercising, I have been on my feet all day at work all week and my feet hurt...I am going to do 10, 10 , 10 - ten pushups, 10 situps and walk 10 minutes a day.
