I saw the personal trainer yesterday--he worked me over. Then I did 15 min. at high intensity on the elliptical (150 calories). I feel good right now. The trainer says that what I've lost since Tue. must be water weight, though (started at 170.4, today at 166.6). I've been working out at they gym each day for 30-45 minutes at high intensity, all cardio. Plus, I have been eating at a calorie deficit each day.

Wish me luck keeping this up for the next 4 months!
166.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
