Stuck to the Diet and exercise fairly well...but no weight lost this week. Must have hit a plateau.

It's normal to have a weeks of staying the same. Our bodies adjust to weight loss. You can lose fat and not see the scale move. Stick with with it and I bet you have a great loss soon.

When i have those weeks..i change up my exercise...do something new. It shocks my body and i end losing pretty fast.
