Not a good tracking week.
Was hoping to hit a solid 210 or below but, the fact I didn't gain, is good enough!
Back on track....though traveling so might be a bit hard!
210.8 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
