My intake of sugar was 17.5 tsp. for Sunday.
The formula I used was the following:
"Total carbs minus fiber divided by 5 = tsp of sugar"

I try to stay within 20 to 50 tsp sugar per day.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
