weight is steady. I feel great after getting needed sleep. only 2 hrs Sat night.
I was up canning beef bone marrow callogen.
it's a long process but,😋
219.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
