Got the new hi-tech scale...so relieved to find that it shows roughly the same weight as that ancient one I was using!

Woke up WAY too early today; wanted to go back to bed but the brood had other plans. Maybe squeeze in a nap later.

Pain level: 4-5...surprising for morning. But then it is pretty overcast (c'mon rain...as if).

Walked about 80 total minutes. Included the long steady climb up Hewitt, then ran up the steep hill behind the high school. Need to add even more hills.

According to this spiffy new pedometer:

4.01 miles, 8052 aerobic steps, 70 aerobic minutes, 285 kcal.
Avg. speed 3.48 (a first!!)
Total for the day:
10848 steps
316 kcal
4.79 miles

Pain dissipated almost entirely once I got going. Thank goodness for neurontin or I'd still be bedridden, gaining weight & miserable!
148.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
